DELIVERY

You're in safe hands when you order from us at Support Systems.

Whilst it is always hard to quote for delivery due to every order often being so unique we can provide a little guidance on what charges usually apply.

Collections from a Support Systems site is FREE OF CHARGE.

Deliveries made by our friendly driver will be charged accordingly. Please ask for a quote if required.

Any deliveries required outside Mainland UK must be quoted separately.

Our lead times vary but the general rule is to allow 7-10 working days for your delivery.

RETURNS

If you require assistance with your order, please contact the team on 01159 229 067 within 14 days of receipt.

Returning goods that have been correctly supplied by Support Systems must be returned in original condition and at your cost. Please include a photocopy of the invoice and a reason for the return. A full credit will only be issued once in receipt of goods and once they have been checked by our stores team.

Some items are made to order. We will endeavour to accept returns but if an item is deemed to be a 'one-off' then restocking charges may apply. Please call for more guidance.
